Evolution of share price in 2007
During 2007, the number of shares exchanged in the Marché Libre was 94 745 (an average of 653 shares were exchanged per session) against 186 973 shares for 2006. The total capital exchanged amounted to €293K, an average of €2K per session, for an average price of €3.08. On December 31, 2007 the share price was at €3.01, representing a market capitalisation of €7 838K.

Monitoring delegations granted in the framework of capital increases (article L225-100)
On 14 September 2006, by application of articles L225-129-2 and L225-138 of the Commercial Code, the Shareholder General Assembly authorised the Board of Directors to decide upon, within a maximum of 18 months from the date of this Assembly and up to a maximum nominal ceiling of 20% of share capital i.e. 300,397.55 euros, one or more capital increases through a cash purchase of ordinary shares with issue premiums and suppression of preferential subscription rights. The Board of Directors exercised this power on 29 November 2006 and brought about a capital increase to the amount of 139,867 shares, for a value of €407,012.97 (€85,318.87 in nominal share value and €321,694.10 in issue premiums). This assignment of powers will end on 14 March 2008. The maximum number of shares that can be issued until this date is 352,588 shares with a nominal price of €0.61 per share, i.e. an increase in company share capital of  €215,078.68, representing 13.54% of the current share capital  (€1,588,511.37).
